We only accept items we are fully confident are authentic. Every item undergoes an external authentication process and is sold with an authenticity guarantee. If an item were ever proven otherwise, we provide a full refund.

At The Wardrobe Resell, authenticity is paramount. ​ Every handbag is authenticated using Entrupy, an industry-leading AI authentication system. ​ Each item is inspected for: Craftsmanship Serial numbers Stitching Hardware Materials ​ Entrupy's microscopic imaging technology analyses: Leather grain Stitching patterns Logos and stamps Engravings ​ Once approved, a digital certificate of authenticity is issued. ​ Where available, original receipts, dust bags and authenticity cards are included. ​ We sell only 100% authentic luxury.

As a consignment store, all sales are final. Items are pre-owned unless stated otherwise. If an item is proven not authentic, a full refund will be issued.
